    Thomas F. Motter, Chairman:

    Mr. Motter has worked in the Medical field for 30 years. He occupied management positions in Smithkline Beckman's Eye and Skin Care divisions over a 15 year period.  After SmithKline, he assembled the International Division of HGM Medical Lasers and then founded his own medical laser company, Paradigm, which he took public on the NASDAQ in 1996. It went from an IPO capitalization in 1996 of $6 Millions to a market cap as high as $420 Millions in the year 2000.  In 2003 he left Paradigm and started another company, Monarch Medical Inc., where he licensed and developed a proprietary medical disposable product for in-office Dermatologic surgical procedures which he subsequently licensed off to McKesson. Mr. Motter has a Bachelor’s from Stephens College, Columbia and completed his Master’s work at Pepperdine in Los Angeles. Additionally, Mr. Motter has close ties to thought leaders worldwide throughout the medical community in almost every medical subspecialty. With Mark Taylor M.D. University of Utah Dermatologist, he helped pioneer the development of the yellow laser for removal at the office/clinic level of benign pigmented lesions and vascular lesions. At HGM Medical Lasers as President of their International Division he lead introduction of the Green Surgical laser in Europe for use by General surgeons in Gall Bladder removal and by Otolaryngologists for Stapedotomy. As founder of Paradigm Medical, he pioneered the use of the frequency doubled Nd-Yag Laser for cataract removal and has been at the forefront in the introduction of new surgical procedures utilizing ultrasound and laser technologies in all facets of soft tissue management in almost every surgical sub-specialty. Mr. Motter is well connected to both the National and International Investment Banking Communities and has extensive experience dealing with myriad government regulatory agencies.

    L. Alan Dierks Esq. -- Board Member :

    Mr. Dierks is an attorney headquartered in California. He has extensive experience in the public policy arena and most recently oversaw the San Jose downtown redevelopment project, a 6 year, $600 Million venture. He oversaw all levels of the project and currently consults to private industry on issues requiring expertise in successful interface with public agencies. He has a BA from Chico State and a J.D. from University of Santa Clara School of Law. He is a retired Army Major and was an Armor Company Commander – Vietnam era.

    Marc A. Palazzo Esq. -- Board Member :

    Mr. Palazzo is President of Palace Capital Partners, an investment banking firm specializing in corporate finance, acquisitions and leveraged transactions. Mr. Palazzo has been an attorney and an investment banker specializing in corporate finance, operational and financial restructuring, acquisitions and leveraged transactions for the past 19 years. Mr. Palazzo was the Chief Financial Officer for AFI, LLC, an owner/ manager for 33 properties for site development and commercial product sales during the 1996 Summer Olympics in Atlanta, Georgia. He also was Director of Acquisitions and Finance for the Consolidated Technology Group Ltd., a publicly traded holding company. Previously, Mr. Palazzo was Vice President at Lincolnshire Management, an LBO firm, and Head of Public Acquisitions of Sakura Bank (formerly Mitsui Taiyo Kobe). Mr. Palazzo has a Masters in Business Administration – Finance (with honors) from the University of Chicago, a Juris Doctor from the Temple University School of Law and a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from the University of Akron

    Dean G. Constantine -- Board Member :

    Mr. Constantine has over 35 years of business management, engineering, and new product design experience. Presently Mr. Constantine is President of Constantine Technologies, LLC (CTL). CTL is a privately held, high technology small business that provides consulting services, engages in research, development and manufacturing activities. CTL also pursues selected business development and acquisition opportunities. Mr. Constantine is the co-founder and previous CEO/President and Board Chairman of ZEVEX International Incorporated (serving from 1987 to 2000). ZEVEX is a $30 Million publicly traded medical device company. From 1971 to 1983 Mr. Constantine was an Acoustics Engineer with EDO Corporation, designing ultrasonic and acoustic sonar products. From 1983 to 1985 he was an Engineering Specialist doing similar work for Northrop Aerospace, after which he returned to EDO Corporation to asist with new business development. In 1987 Mr. Constantine left EDO to found ZEVEX. He has extensive experience serving on several boards, both for-profit and non-profit organizations. The non-profit community service boards are: Columbus Community Foundation for the Disabled (President, Board of Trustees), Ronald McDonald House Charities (Board of Trustees), The Knights Hospitaller (Knight of Honor), and United States Chess Academy (Board of Trustees), all of which are on a volunteer basis. Mr. Constantine’s experiences with for-profit business organizations (primarily high technology and manufacturing companies) are: ZEVEX International (served as Chairman of the Board of Directors), QSI Corporation (Board of Directors), and LithoFlexoGraphics Incorporated (Board of Directors). Mr. Constantine has received business awards such as Entrepreneur of the Year (Finalist two years running), and the Blue Chip Business Award. Mr. Constantine holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and an Associate of Science degree in Electronics Technologies from Utah Technical College.

    Steven J. Bayern -- Board Member:

    Mr. Bayern brings over thirty years of experience in the areas of Fund Management, Investment Banking, Venture Capital, Trading and Brokerage Management.

    Having been a Founder and Principal in three separate broker-dealer firms on Wall Street, Mr. Bayern has a long track record of experience in virtually all aspects of the Brokerage and Investment Banking business.  He was the Founding Member and Principal of Rasz & Company, a NYSE member firm, the Founder and Chairman of S.J. Bayern & Company, a NASD member firm and also the Founder and Chairman of WIN Capital Corporation; also a NASD member firm.

    Holding an MBA from the Baruch School of Business CCNY earned in 1974, in Finance and Investments, Mr. Bayern has built his career in the financial industry based upon his ability to locate, structure and fund small cap and mid-market deals.  To that end, he has consummated myriad transactions throughout his career while compiling a long and distinguished track record of success.

    In his capacity as a principal in broker/dealer ventures, Mr. Bayern has assisted a great many small and mid-size companies achieve public listing and trading status and is intimately familiar with the public equity markets on both the buy and sell sides.

    Having worked with numerous companies throughout the course of his career and having raised many hundreds of millions of dollars in equity capital for them, Mr. Bayern brings an invaluable skill-set and wealth of experience to any company in search of  capital.  His ability to locate, structure and shepherd transactions throughout the process is critical and his connections at virtually every level of Wall Street is of vital importance to any company seeking seed, bridge, mezzanine or ongoing capital up to and beyond the IPO.

    Mr. Bayern’s ability to liaison with domestic sources of capital and to navigate broker/dealer networks, money managers and deal sources, will serve to compliment the success of any SRG client’s funding endeavors.

    Gmolchnok Sriprirojthikoon -- Board Member:

    Gmolchnok “ Nuk” Sriprirojthikoon is an American businesswoman and enthusiastic computer programmer. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Information System from the Utah State University and a MBA degree (Business Management System) from Westminster College.  Ms. Sriprirojthikoon served as a senior programmer in Infobytes Inc where she designed and coded many city websites for the State of Utah. In 2005, she took over projects in Thailand and Southeast Asia where she coordinating entire operation of outsourcing project and strategic planning.
